If you love the American legal drama Suits, you’ll be glad to hear that there’s an Arab version soon to hit your screens.
Egypt’s TVision Media Production is set to produce a Middle Eastern adaptation of Suits, after having purchased remake rights from NBC Universal International.
CEO of TVision Tarek Ganainy has emphasised that the remake will be “an adaptation, not a translation”. So you can rest assured that it will be completely redone, with fresh, new characters that are relevant to Arab audiences.
The remake will take place in Cairo, with shooting set to start in June.
It will be produced by renowned Egyptian producer and scriptwriter Hohamed Hefzy.
As far as who’s starring, roles are yet to be announced.
