Ever wondered how they cleaned the outside of the Burj Khalifa?
Well, it’s not some kind of high-tech machine, no.
It’s genuinely just regular ol’ dudes, abseiling down with a squeegee.
The picture was captured by Dubai-based photographer Teovel Iradon for National Geographic.
“A tall job… A worker cleans windows at the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai,” Dubai Media Office wrote on Twitter.
Talking about the photo, photographer Teovel Iradon writes, “A glass cleaner at 124th level of the highest building in the world – Burj Khalifa. Photo taken during the winter season when low lying clouds appear and the most awaited season of photographers here in the United Arab Emirates.”
