Dubai’s most expensive penthouse has just been taken off the market

If there were any such thing as the ultimate modern property, this is it.

This penthouse just sold for Dhs60 million.

This top-floor property in the upcoming Bulgari Resorts and Residences project on Jumeirah Bay Island has just been purchased by one lucky person for a serious Dhs60 million.

A sale price which dwarfs the previous record of Dubai’s most expensive penthouse, set at Fairmont The Palm in 2012, where a penthouse was sold for Dhs42 million.

The 14,000-square foot property will boast 270-degree views over Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.

Such a property comes with a number of freebies, including complimentary membership to the world’s first Bulgari Marina and Yacht Club, a 24-hour concierge, pools and fitness facilities, gardens and access to high end restaurants.

When the development opens later this year, it will not only be home to some of the world’s most expensive properties, but Dubai’s most expensive hotel, toppling the Burj Al Arab.

The 1.7 million-square foot development will play home to 100 hotel rooms, 20 villas, 165 serviced apartments, eight penthouses and 15 mansions.
